Initial Application Fee

I understand that the initial prospective adoptive parent application fee is $500. I understand that $425 (85%) is refundable and $75 is non-refundable, subject to the applicable Open Arms Adoption Co. application and refund terms.

I understand that, if my application is accepted and I move forward with Open Arms Adoption Co., the agency may work with me to develop a family profile for consideration in appropriate domestic newborn adoption opportunities.

I understand that submitting this application does not guarantee approval, placement, a match, or a specific adoption opportunity. I understand that additional requirements, documentation, background checks, home-study requirements, and professional or legal steps may apply before an adoption can proceed.
